Should I Start with Fundamentals or Foundation?
Fundamentals is designed as a gentle entry to GST. Unlike other GST courses, which are highly structured, Fundamentals only one short lesson per day so that mobility and strength deficits can be exposed without introducing an overwhelming amount of information all at once. The Fundamentals course cumulates in a daily limber routine which can be used as practice or warmup for other courses and athletic activities.
Foundation One is a highly structured course that allows you to build your own workout. This course will require you to work on seven different areas of athleticism during the course of the week in either 30 or 60 minute workouts. Foundation One will cover basic strength, basic core and basic mobility. Progression through it will depend on how balanced your athleticism is coming into the course.
Students may elect to start either course depending upon which speed of training they feel most comfortable with.
